Building the case for projects is important to demonstrating rationale, value for money and deliverability. To help Towns progress their Towns Fund project business cases, this page provides key resources specific to each of the cases in the Five Case Model.
Note: At the beginning of the Towns Fund programme, DLUHC was known as the Ministry for Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG). Some historic resources may still contain the MHCLG branding.
