‘Measuring Impacts’ Workshop Series

Building the case for your projects by measuring their impacts is more than the steps required in your Business Cases; it helps build stakeholder confidence and momentum for delivery. Being able to clearly articulate benefits and estimate the potential impacts of your project is an important skill for delivering your Town Deal.

We invite you to join the workshops in our ‘Measuring Impacts’ series in the first two weeks of October. This programme of workshops aims to provide you with more detailed guidance and support for measuring impacts in your Business Cases across six topic areas. During each session, the presenters will identify key resources and guidance to help you measure benefits and impacts in your Business Cases. Each session will include a short presentation, with plenty of time allowed for discussion.

The six sessions will include measuring impacts regarding:

  • Land value uplift

  • Environment

  • Social value

  • Health

  • Transport

  • Culture and heritage

These events are open to all Towns and not limited in attendance. The objective is to provide you with information that helps inform your own impacts measurement, encourages conversation with our specialists , and offers an opportunity for you to exchange advice and good practice with other Towns, and understand where you may have information or knowledge gaps.

We hope you find this workshop series helpful and insightful. You can sign up for the events via the TFDP events page.
