Managing and Articulating Assumptions

Description

This workshop is designed to guide Towns in presenting robust assumptions in order to generate reliable outputs and outcomes for their projects.

Following on from the TIP Part 2 document, the Business Case requires further detail on how Towns have arrived at their stated outputs and outcomes. This session will provide Towns with key guidance and information on how to articulate this effectively and reliably.

This session is limited to 20 places, and we therefore ask that only one representative per Town attends.
