This tool is designed to help you get the best from your Town Deal Board. It’s an opportunity for you to reflect on what a high performing board looks like and plan how you can support and improve your board. It should also help prompt what extra support needs you may have, and capability gaps you may need to fill. It aims to support longer term aims around good governance, partnership working and effective delivery.

About the speakers:

Dominic Campbell is founder and chief executive of FutureGov. He has been responsible for company strategy leadership, sales, client relationship management and delivery for more than 75 governments, building relationships with senior city government officials around the world.

Jonathan Flowers is a Strategic Adviser at FutureGov as part of a portfolio of work that includes non-executive positions, advisory work and coaching. He has held top-team roles in multiple sectors, private, public and charitable, including time as deputy chief executive of a county council.

Ian Hutchinson has over twenty years experience working in local government, the NHS, third sector holding a range of roles from service manager to joint commissioner since joining FutureGov been a lead consultant in major projects across local government and health.
