Workshop: Delivery Structures

This event has now expired.

Description:

Understanding the delivery structures for implementing the ideas as part of the Town Plans will be critical. The purpose of this support is to help Towns to think through the features of the different types of structures, the risks and opportunities that each bring and to share knowledge to allow them to consider the types of structure best suited to them as an organisation alongside the type of intervention proposed.

Please note that this event will be limited to 20 attendees. Please limit attendance to one person per town. If the event is oversubscribed, we will aim to deliver this workshop again. The main presentation of the workshop will be recorded to view on the website following the session.
