The Towns Fund provides an excellent opportunity for towns across England to access government funding to support changes which could deliver economic and social benefits. In the shadow of COVID-19, how our towns respond now will be vital to what their recovery looks like long term. Town Investment Plans need to demonstrate they meet the objectives of the fund and provide evidence of the need of suggested projects and interventions.
