Funding strategy and private finance workshop

Description:

Developing a funding strategy will allow Towns to consider the variety of funding routes that are available to them. The purpose of this support is to help Towns to understand the factors that impact on the ability to raise finance, and key characteristics of different types of funding.

Understanding the process to secure private finance will play an important role to allow Towns to plan and deliver their development and investment programmes. The purpose of this support will be to help Towns to understand the different stages to procuring private finance from an initial soft marketing testing of funders to gauge interest and indicative terms; to a formal fund raise where the funder seeks their investment committee approval in order to fund a project.

Please note that this event is limited to 10 places, so we ask that only one member from each town registers. We plan to run the event again in future, for those who miss out on a place this time.
