Description:
We welcome you to join the fourth event in our Business Case Festival. The Business Case Festival takes you on a deeper dive into each of the cases in the Five Case Model as well as engagement in your business cases. Each session will provide you with a greater understanding of the key elements of the relevant case, highlighting Green Book guidance and industry good practice. It is aimed at practitioners within the Town who will be preparing or managing your business cases.
This webinar will focus on the Financial Case which will offer guidance to Towns on how to demonstrate the affordability and funding of the preferred option for each project.
This webinar will explore the Financial Case in more detail, and it is advised that those that are less familiar with business cases watch the recording of our Introduction to Business Cases webinar prior to attending this webinar. This recording will provide you with a base level understanding of business cases.
This will be a LiveStream event, and there will be plenty of time for Q&A. It will be recorded for those who cannot attend during the session.
